Nice to have hands free but there's a catch

When I ordered this, I was very excited about being able to keep my hands free while jogging with my son in his stroller. Unfortunately, this product makes it tough to keep the stroller steady. If you're jogging on the street or a very wide sidewalk, it's not a big deal, but if you're trying to maneuver on normal or narrow sidewalks, it's tough to keep the stroller straight. As soon as you become a little fatigued, your legs and body tend to shift ever so slightly, which causes the stroller to turn and forces you to constantly make adjustments. Your turns also have to be much wider than usual and anticipated further in advance. Another more minor nuisance is that the connector rings that affix to the stroller handle are not easily removable, so while you can remove most of the adaptor, you cant remove these rings, which have a screw that protrudes and interferes with normal hand placement. Overall, I think that this product requires some design refinements before it's worthwhile.

Does not work

I was so excited to get this and have never been so disappointed. Not only was it hard to get to fit on my jogging stroller, but it came apart the second I started to run. The thing disconnects byitself way too easily to make it usable, much less safe. Thumbs down! Save your money. I hope they come out with something usable eventually because the concept is awesome.

Works well - Great Customer Service

We mostly do trail running and this works fairly well for us. The product works best on smoother/flatter surfaces where I can adjust my running to make up for any minor changes in directions in the stroller. The biggest adjustments are when the surface is not level from side to side as opposed to going up and down hills where it works very well. Overall, it doesn't all me to go completely hands free, but certainly makes for a better running experience.On top of all that, I had a small issue where I lost one of the internal springs. I sent an email to Stroll Smart and they went out of their way to understand the piece that I was missing and sent me the piece free of charge.Clever idea. Works fairly well. Great customer service. I'm a happy customer.
