This triple stroller is a good product for the price. Most triple strollers are far more expensive than this one. The only criticism I have is that the canopy flies back if you're walking against the wind, which is problematic when you also happen to be walking against the sun and you're babies are exposed to it. Still, I'm happy with the purchase, but I think the manufacturer could fix the canopy problem, which would change this item from a good to excellent product.

After we put this stroller together and went for a walk, I noticed that the front wheels pulled to the left. I e-mailed BeBeLove and was told to redo the front wheels. We did that and they still pulled to the left. I e-mailed them again and was told to send them the wheels, they'd take a look and if they were a manufacturer defect, they'd send me a new pair. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks after I sent the wheels. I contacted them and was told I would have a new set of wheels the following week. I e-mailed them after 2 weeks asking where the new wheels were. Another week after that, they called me and said that the warehouse didn't have my address. So, I gave them my address. I just received the box of wheels today. They sent me BACK wheels, not front wheels. I have a call into them. So irritated at the customer service from this company. I've not yet received a call back from them....but they will be receiving this stroller back from me.Other than the lack of customer service, my 4 year old and 1 year old twins fit in the stroller great and they love it. It seems comfortable to them. I don't like that the front wheels don't turn, but I guess that's a luxury item in a tripple jogger!

I use this stroller a TON for my twin boys and daughter...being only 18 months apart it's necessary for me to have in order to exercise or even get onto the beach. However, due to the build, I had to order a new canopy within 2 months of purchasing the stroller because screws near the front wheels poked holes since I keep the stroller folded when not in use. The company didn't want to replace the canopy free of charge which bothered me since it was not my fault that the product was faulty. In the end, they did replace it. Also, one of the buckles broke within a few months. It is still usable but just not as secure. I need to order a replacement for that as well. It does not fit through doorways so it's not great for indoor use but that's fine with me. I find it much easier to steer being side by side and my children also like being able to see each other. It may pay off to spend a little more money and have a more reliable product.
