DON'T BUY BEBE LOVE. TERRRIBBBLE!!!

So here it goes, I had the stroller for 364 days to the day. The wheel falls off. I do not even use this stroller everyday. I use it 3 times a week. That being said, with the light use that It had, it began to fray, I had to sew it back together, etc. The wind/rain cover would blow off regularly, the stroller DOES NOT come with a rainshield. Nevertheless, I had twin 2 year olds and a 1 year old and I needed a stroller for 3. THE WHEEL POPS OFF, and I want TO PURCHASE ANOTHER WHEEL. The person who answers the phones at Bebe Love has an attitude. I asked her nicely how I could go about purchasing a replacement wheel. She says I have to go through the place I purchased it from. I do that, and they do not know how to get a wheel. They say I need to contact Bebe Love. I contact them again and I do not get an answer multiple times. I then go ahead and e-mail the address that they have on their poorly designed website, and they respond back to tell me that they don't sell any spare parts. So I spent about $400.00 on a stroller which I used 3x a week for 11 months. DON'T BUY THIS. and BEBE LOVE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!! Once the point of sale is over, they do not care what happens with their products. Don't buy anything from this company. If I could give a zero I would.
